Meghan Sapp
In 2007, Meghan founded HG Consulting.eu BVBA. She first became involved with Least Developed Countries during the reform of the EU’s sugar regime where she worked on a lobbying team advocating for policy and development support for LDC sugar economies post-reform.
For more than five years, she has been advising companies and government agencies on biofuel investment and policy in Africa. As an expert in the field, she is often invited to speak at high-level international events and conferences.
In 2008, Meghan also founded Partners for Euro-African Green Energy (PANGEA), a trade association that links African bionergy producers with the European market. Meghan studied agriculture and journalism in the US, and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Briana Sapp
Briana holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in French Studies and World Politics from the American University of Paris as well as a Masters of Arts degree in International Politics from the Centre Européen des Etudes Internationales et Stratégiques (CERIS) in Brussels.
Briana has developed project management, communication and policy analysis skills thanks to her dual role as the Programme Director for Partners for Euro-African Green Energy (PANGEA), as well as Social Projects Manager at the Embassy of Malawi in Brussels, and as Program Assistant, Africa for Georgetown University, USA backstopping a $38 million USAID-funded project in francophone Africa. Briana studied in the US and Europe, and is fluent in English and French.

Joshua Goodman
Joshua joined HG Consulting.eu in 2010 after spending several years as a consultant to NGOs and government agencies in the United States, Canada and Europe on a range of global security and energy issues. He specialises in assessing political, economic and security risks to energy projects, with a particular focus on unstable, developing countries. He also works with clients on enhancing communications capabilities to better ensure the success and marketability of projects.
Joshua has worked on a number of energy initiatives, including a major legislative package in the US Congress and Senate focusing on alternative fuel sources. He also led a research team on the development of alternative energy sectors in the oil-rich Middle East.
Joshua studied in Canada and the Middle East. A native English speaker, he is proficient in French, Hebrew, Arabic and Farsi.
